Food- took forever to come out and when it finally came out it looked old. My whole family had diarrhea instantly after eating here we definitely got food poisoning. Service - the server was very friendly and did the best she could do but this place is very mismanaged because they had a single serve taking like half the restaurant. Worst bww in the state maybe the country. Went in got 40 wings was given 1 ranch asked for more got charged for them. The server was rude and service was slow

Food was great as always but what a service from ‘Hailey’. Hailey let us experience one of the best service as customers. She had Perfect order timing, perfect communications and perfect follow ups. Thankyou for having us.
I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. The service was absolutely horrible from start to finish. The waitstaff seemed uninterested in helping customers and acted like they didn't want to be there. They were unfriendly, rude, and made us feel like we were an inconvenience rather than paying customers. Good food can't make up for poor customer service, and unfortunately the overall atmosphere reflected the staff's negative attitudes.
