Ordered delivery and waited about 90 minutes… ok, but then I’m delivered wings with no sauce! Called the store and the manager was too busy to talk, they were to call me back, that was hours ago. Their “signature” sauces are their selling point, it’s like ordering pasta marinara and only getting cooked noodles. How do you fail and forget 1/2 the ingredients? It’s chicken wings in sauce…. No sauce means they are not ready to serve!! Where is the refund of my money as I’m sure if I tried to pay 1/2 that would be a problem!

The main reason I don't tip on the app it's because of situations like this a place to order roughly around about 12:50 today just for lunchtime Burger combo the order should have been ready according to the app about around 1:05 p.m. I got to the place early so I understood why it wasn't ready But as time went on it was a roughly about 10 after nobody was at the to go station and I had a flag of waitress down to get somebody to come see about my order I was told it would be in a couple of minutes which led into an extra 10 ... read more

This is my second time coming to this location for pick up, and unfortunately, the fries were cold again. It’s disappointing to have the same issue twice. I hope they can improve the consistency and make sure food is served fresh and hot, because it really affects the overall experience.
