Jackson is the best. He needs a raise. This is who needs to represent the corporation.
Jackson was a great server. He went over the top to make our experience better! This guy is a legend!
On multiple occasions I have placed a pick up order due to be ready at a specific time, only to have to wait close to an hour upon arrival. Most recently, we placed an order at 2:30pm to be picked up at 7:30pm, and my husband still had to wait 40 minutes for the food. The order was magically ready when I called to request a refund. Refund was not given. I don't know why we continue trying with this place.
Jackson Smith was our waiter and he was the absolute BEST!! So friendly and outgoing and gave us the best service we have had in any place in a long time. Very courteous, spot on with refills and checking to see if we needed anything. He even interacted with the young kiddos we had at the table. Our food was really good. The atmosphere is a little too loud at times for our autistic son but we pretty much expected that when coming here. If you come to this place ask for Jackson!
