We waited for the food 1h and 20min for half of the orders, rest of the food never came. Server forgot to put it in. The orders were Nothing special. Terrible. Worst experience ever. Not even busy at all. Manager Kristina Terrible!!!!!! We use to come all the time, apparently not a corporate location rudely informed by Kristina. Never again, stay away.
Waited 2 hours for takeout they refused they give me a refund manager was drinking at the bar side . Had to leave with my 3 year old cause they refused to attend the cash register never seen service like this . Do not come to this location
The staff is extremely unprofessional and the service is very slow. I waited 20 minutes just for someone to come over and ask me what I wanted to drink. Very disappointing experience. The staff also seemed quite old and uninterested in providing good service.
They gave us the wrong order . They took long to seat us and it was not packed at all. The service was super super slow we waited almost a whole hour. It was just bad! They messed up my daughter food order. It was just not good at all! They mee to hire new people and faster service.
Really bad service, waited for 15 minutes before anyone even came to our table. Ordered a beer then waited another 20 minutes. Doesn’t seem to be an excuse for that neglect. It wasn’t even completely full. Plenty of tables open.
