Absolutely terrible customer service at Buffalo Wild Wings in Fremont. We literally walked in, sat at the bar, and the bartender couldn’t even be bothered to acknowledge us. Not a “hey,” not a “we’ll be with you in a minute,” not even an offer for a damn drink or a menu. We were completely ignored. What made it worse was that it didn’t feel like he was simply busy it felt intentional and disrespectful. Wouldn’t know how the food tasted sat there for over 10 minutes without even being offered a menu at the bar or acknowledged . As a server/bartender myself I get the service industry can be fast paced and busy but he didn’t even say I’ll be with you in a moment or hi how are you guys… when he had ample opportunity as he continued to cut lemons, grab food for other people, made drinks for other people, blatantly ignored us didn’t even acknowledge that we were there at all. When we first walked in they said the wait would be 15-20 minutes but the whole place was nearly empty. We asked for the bar and sat immediately. It took roughly 5 minutes(not bad) to get our drink and order in with the bartender. Another 10 minutes and we had our drinks and appetizer, then the real wait began. Nearly 90 minutes and two beers before we received our actual order. The staff was visibly stressed with whatever was going on.
