Have had mixed experiences at other locations but decided to check this place out. Took awhile for someone to seat me but the rest of the service was awesome. Had planned on using a reward for free 6 wings with purchase of 6 but Kenverly, my server, pointed out the lunch special. You get 10 wings, fries, and a fountain drink for $14. I usually love coming here . Me and my 1 year old have been coming daily to watch the world cup games while my wife is at the La Fitness above. I come for the 1:00pm Sunday Brazil vs Norway game and request a booth because he gets out of his stroller and sits and plays on the soft cushion. Booths on the right side are all available but “closed now” and I explain why I need a booth. When an employee doesn’t care just doesn’t care. Horrible service! The hostess with the star glasses was shining brighter than her customer service skills. Unfortunately, those were nowhere in sight. 0 stars for her.
I had a bad experience with a server named trent. He forcefully made me leave tip knowing I wasn’t happy with his service and that’s why I didn’t. He stood right beside me as I was paying. I found that very disrespectful and was rude towards me forcing a tip out of me. Horrible server. They take long here to seat you even when there’s nobody there.
