Incapable of answering the phone after 10 minutes of calling.
Came 30 minutes before close to get some food. Ended up having to get takeout which is fine! I work in the food industry so I get it. Tip the bartender well and then get our food to takeout. Get home which 25 minutes away and our food is COVERED in salt to the point where it was inedible... I'm a salt fiend. I love salt but this was ridiculous. I just got off a mid shift and was do excited to finally eat and now after spending over $50 on food excluding tip, I can't even eat it.
I have always went here with friends and family, during slow hours and peak hours. With that being said I have experienced slow service and fast service, due to the same understaffed issues every business is struggling with these days. No matter what I still give respect to the staff and I still enjoy my time here. Just remember, if a staff member seems to have an attitude or is having a rough time keeping up.... It's a good chance they have a lot going on and are doing their best to provide a great experience for customers.... read more
In a world of short staffing issues, rude customers, impatience and entitlement, St. Joe Bdubbs rocks it out!! Their customer service, attentiveness and quality was still great, even during busy chaos. Total kudos to their whole staff from, front door, server, cooks and management that even came out to make sure we were good to go. Thank you for taking the time to be a great place for a night of dinner with my family.
