Tried to call in a Togo order. I got an answer and the immediately put on hold 5 times. Worst call in service ever at least tell me something don't just answer and say hang on then put me on hold again. Doesn't matter how busy you are being on hold and tossed around for 10+ minutes is out of hand.
Pretty decent other than the dude that brought my take out order kept being weird about my last name. Kept making comments as I was walking out. Hostess was very sweet and attentive but dude ruined it by being annoying.
I got six free wings for my birthday, but they were awful—tasted like they’d been frozen and overcooked. That said, they do have great flavors, and my burger was solid. BWW just tends to be really inconsistent with their wings. On the bright side, I love the remodeling! **Update 07/26/26:** I ordered wings to go, but when I arrived, the restaurant wasn’t busy, so I asked if I could eat them there and sat in the bar area.
