Went on an early Friday afternoon and wasn't busy at all. After being seated, the waitress took our drink order. She didn't return for twenty minutes. Gave us our drinks without saying anything and left again. She returned about ten minutes later to finally take our order. The food came out about thirty minutes later and was cold, which means it was sitting for a while before she brought it to us. Absolute terrible service. Will not be returning.
Tried to visit the Central Park location today. Upon arrival there were about 6 people waiting at the hostess stand. Since its the beginning of football season we expected they would be busy. After 10 minutes of standing there without any acknowledgement from staff and watching the hostess clearing tables, we asked to speak to a manager to which we were told they weren't available. The server was very good. The store staff who monitor tvs refused to change a TV to our desired channel and said they couldn't change it or change specific tvs -- so there was a 2 year old game on for ex. Finally they changed channels but then changed them again with 3 minutes left in the same. Our part of the store was pretty empty. Can you guess why perhaps. Our poor server tried hard but was given the run around May not choose to return.
Bar tendor was great but waited an hour and forty minutes for my food. Asked to speak a manager and Syritha (could be mispelled) brushed it off and dismissed me like I didn't exist. Horrible customer service from a manager!!!!! I will never visit this location again if she is employed there.
I visited tonight and Kylie was my waitress. She was very knowledgeable and was able to provide us with all the answers we required. I would certainly recommend this location, particularly for groups smaller than seven.
