Very disappointing experience. We came to celebrate my brother-in-law’s birthday with a party of 14. We understand large parties take longer, but waiting over 1.5 hours for the first meals for 4 people to arrive, followed by another 15–20 minutes between groups, was unacceptable. You guys really need to hire some real bartenders what you have is very poor service
came to this Modesto location and right off the bat I noticed 1 male worker. So we sat down I had my 2 cousins with me. Takes 10 minutes to get a drink order going, then 15 minutes to get the drinks. Then we are going back and forth about having to “active” the offer for BOGO wings which I explained I was going to use my boyfriends because we have a group of 6 plus and spent $300 in a location and we have some free wings as well that i wanted to us. The mushroom and swiss burger is incredible, B-Dubs continues their streak of super hot wing sauces that actually taste good (ask for a sample if you're not a serious chilihead), glad to see the ultimate sampler back, and our server on this visit also nailed the balance of checking in/being present without being too much.
