I hadn’t ordered from here in a while, so I figured I’d give them another shot. That turned out to be a mistake. I placed a takeout order on what seemed like one of their slowest nights, and it still took over an hour. I was originally told it would be ready in about 25 minutes, but I ended up waiting much longer. It completely ruined my evening.

I was truly not impressed with the takeout service today. We usually dine in, but we wanted to get home and relax, so we decided to order takeout instead. The wings were just okay and seemed overcooked. My grilled chicken sandwich was noticeably small, especially considering the price. It feels like the portions have gotten smaller while the prices have continued to increase. The takeout experience itself was also concerning.
