I had a very disappointing experience with the manager on duty, Jason. I called with a simple request to add lettuce and onions to my order before it was completed. I even made it clear that I was happy to pay any additional charge and offered to have my card charged over the phone. Instead of helping resolve a straightforward request, Jason was rude, dismissive, and provided some of the worst customer service I’ve experienced. i got pickup and ordered an appetizer sampler with 3 different flavors of cauliflower wings with all the sauces on the side + an extra side of bbq for a honey bbq salad I also ordered. One of my wings was tossed despite the on side request while the other 2 just didnt come with anything at all. The cherry on top is that I was given 4 ranch cups. i was looking forward to trying their wing sauces for the first time only to be disappointed the second I opened the box. Imagine my surprise when the few inside orders are being ran within a 5 minute window while all the web orders have been pushed back and are in the red 10 minutes or longer.. why discriminate how a customer placed an order?
