Kayla provides great customer service
Been here at 9:30 on Sunday night, been waiting for more than an hour it's 10:51 now, we ordered 4 different items on the menu. Only one server at assist, we understand the busy managing by 1, but atleast that 1 server didn't even have any accountability to check on us or atleast to let us know how long it's gonna be. We've been starving. But atleast a word or so might've helped. Worst service experience. Still didn't got the food.

This isn’t a bad review for BWW itself, this is a bad review for this specific location. I have been to this one multiple times, as I grew up in O’Fallon. The customer service has been horrible every single time. My buddies and I would swing by this location when we would hang out, and every time, we would wait for approximately 45 minutes for food when the restaurant was not even a quarter full.
