Very disappointed in how this location is handling itself. I was supposed to pick up my order at 7:05. It was National burger day and we ordered 2 burgers and 2 loaded tater tots, I did not walk out of there with my food for 30 mins, and there was another customer who had been waiting longer than me only to find out that "surprise suprise" if u set the pick up cart out in the lobby , people steal food. Our waitress was beyond nice. I would go back and make sure she takes care of us.
No one is ever at the front counter. Have to wait for ever for some to help you. Every single time I come. So annoying.
Staff are kind and food is great.
