Frustrating experience and terrible follow-through on a simple refund. On July 6th, I placed an online order while inside the restaurant per a staff member's advice. Minutes later, another employee warned me the kitchen was backed up (during the USA vs. Belgium game) and it would take 1.5+ hours. I canceled immediately and gave my contact details to the assistant manager to process a refund. BEWARE…When you order DoorDash or other website for it, you get all drums…., I ordered 20 wings and got 16 drums… that’s their way to eliminate all the drums,
