We got a take out order SCHEDULED for 4:40-4:50. Got there 4:35 and waited OVER TWENTTY MINUTES. She said just a few minutes. We got out food and watched like four employees congregate in a corner, stand there and just talk while people were collecting at the front waiting for seats. There were like four groups. Tried to eat here tonight, waited for a hostess or anyone to seat us and had no interaction for over 10 minutes. There was also a party in front of us who left because they had been waiting longer than us. I even tried to call to alert someone that there was no hostess and no one ever picked up. This place has consistently had terrible service, but this takes the cake.
Waited 10 minutes at the front to be seated and a host/hostess never showed up. There was someone there when i arrived that also left, not sure how long he had been waiting.
Super slow service despite it being a ghost town (8pm on a Saturday). Took 10 mins to be greeted at the host stand. Food was lukewarm after waiting what seemed to be forever for it to arrive.
