Our waitress Jocelyn was lacking customer service while serving us. It took us about 10-20 minutes just to greet us and ask for our drinks while she was on her phone and talking to a friend/relative at a table. Then waited another 20 minutes to receive our drinks. Mind you it wasn’t super busy at all to where we saw her working at a busy pace.
