We waited 10 mins to be acknowledged to get a table and were told you can wait 10 mins for a table or get a high top … off we go to the high top tables waited 20 mins no menus, and the servers just kept walking by. They were not that busy!! Horrible! We left and came to Applebees
I wouldn't even know we came in and refused serviced from us.
Food was ok. There was no host, It took 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. After that took 15 minutes to get drinks another 30 to even be asked what we wanted to eat and to get our food. We got no plates or napkins and only got 2 forks when we did ask for utensils. Girl went on break and supposedly some other waiter was going to come by to help us, he didn’t. Had to ask for our bill from a waitress cleaning a table and she just went to get the waiter which too forever. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. No sense of urgency ... read more
The bartender that was there she was 'AWSOME.'. Then I went to the bathroom and it was totally disgusting, 🤮🤢🤮🤢 on the urinals, & should be CLEAND ALL THE TIME. Next, I was mad/disappointed that u all didn't show the UFC FIGHT, so my friend & i had to leave & went to go to another BWW. U all she show the UFC fights, so that people won't go somewhere else to watch it.
