Absolutely unacceptable customer service. I have never felt so uncomfortable over something that could have been handled with a simple, respectful explanation. My coworkers and I attempted to call several times to place a dine-in order, but no one answered. Since we had issues in the past with our food taking too long, we decided to place a pickup order online and eat inside because it was 105°F outside. Probably the worst Buffalo Wild Wings I’ve ever been to. First, we were told there was a 20-minute wait even though half the restaurant was empty—there had to be around 40 open tables. Then, after finally being seated, it took another 20 minutes just to get our drinks. The service was incredibly slow and the whole experience was frustrating from beginning to end. I’ve been to plenty of Buffalo Wild Wings locations, and this was by far the worst experience I’ve had at one.

The worst service in the valley , there is no manager so everyone ( waiters )just does whatever they want, a lot of waiting time not recommended!!!!
