Had the most pleasant server today @ the West Bend, Wisconsin BWW. Breanna was phenomenal! Thank you so much for being our server today! We had a very good experience! Keep up the great service West Bend!
There’s none at front to meet you and show you table to seat. I was waiting over 30 minutes. Total disappointment on Friday 09/11/2026
Food was on time and ready for pickup. Staff is excellent!
Greeted by a nasty hostess with attitude. Ignored for 15 minutes - walked out! Place is ice cold , dinghy and dirty. Grossly understaffed and mismanaged! Never going back!
