Ordered nachos to go, got home and there was zero meat on my order. The team handling orders seemed overwhelmed. I just dont understand how you can look at a plate of nachos with minimal cheese and no meat and go "yeah that'll do." I won't be back.
Took awhile to find someone to seat us. Food took an hour to come out (not even half the restaurant was full). Half the food was not hot. Only positive was being able to watch the baseball games.
My daughter recently placed an on-line order with Buffalo Wild Wings at 5:45 pm for the family. I was given an order ready time of 6:10 pm. I arrived at 6:15 pm. I was informed my order was still being prepared. At 6:35 pm my order was completed and given to me by simply calling my daughter's name. I asked to speak to the manager. The server returned and stated the manager, Nicole, was busy, if I could wait they should be out in 10 or 15 minutes.
