We were sad about the portion size of the fried pickles. The food tasted great though.
I got the chicken strips. 3pc with fries. I should have known better. All franchise restaurants that are bought by private equity companies all turn to crap. The strips were obviously just the frozen, pre breaded, precooked stuff from Tyson. Dry as hell, just dunked in a fryer for 4 mins which dried them out more. It's not technically BWW fault, but PE is ruining restaurants.
One of the most frustrating customer experiences I have had in a long time. I visited this location because they are publicly advertising a promotion, both INSIDE the restaurant and online, offering 20 wings with fries, celery, carrots, and ranch for approximately $18. I intended to place several orders under this promotion for a group. When I was ready to pay, I informed the employee that I would be using a Buffalo Wild Wings gift card.
