Came to take advantage of the BOGO offer for bone in wings on Tuesdays. Saw out waitress twice, once for the order, once for the bill. Wings were mediocre at best, but the price is what got me. We did not receive the full 50% off, and after asking why, neither the server or corporate can give me a straight answer. When totaled up, the discount is about 33%, which does not meet the definition of the corporate BOGO. ⭐ 1 STAR — AND THAT’S GENEROUS Absolutely terrible experience at Buffalo Wild Wings tonight. We waited over 45 minutes and basically never received actual service. There were seven of us, and after all that waiting, they somehow managed to bring us about three of our seven drinks. Apparently getting a beverage to an entire table was tonight’s ultimate challenge. We waited here for about 3 hours and when we got are food everything was cold not even warm
Ordered 6 boneless wings, a drink, carrots and celery and extra celery and a cookie desert. Almost 30 bucks. No ice in drink and no carrots and celery. No one will answer phone. Would not recommend this establishment.
