Service is subpar and I often go to the Spring location with lower than ideal expectations today really did it for me and I will not be returning. I ordered the ultimate sampler and the quality and taste was absolutely ridiculous. My four selections were Hawaiian cheeseburger sliders, cheese sticks, bone-in wings, and crispy chicken dippers. I went in to place a to go order. Was sent to the bar where the bar tender said no you go over there. When I went back the guy said im busy. This place sucks
The wings & fries are perfect. Dont have high expectations for anything else. Any of the breaded food tastes like it was frozen when they put it in the fryer; luke warm in the middle. Bring a jacket, and expect slower service. There was only one server when we arrived, and Elijah did a wonderful job.
I have ordered from this location on DoorDash about 3 times over the past few months and will not be placing another order here or going in person. I am glad to know I am not alone in dealing with the poor service here. The flavors are delicious but when multiple items in my order are repeatedly missing which I paid extra for (side sauces, celery/carrots, caramel sauce for my cheesecake...) it becomes a problem. Don’t really understand the bad reviews. This is hands down the best BWW location in NW. One example why is waitress Katie. Super attentive and accommodating in during recent World Cup quarterfinal 🇫🇷⚽️
