Ordered my food online around 7:15 PM on a Friday. Expected it to be a little busy but got there around 7:45. The order was going to be ready between 7:45 to 8:00 PM. By 8:45 or so we left without our food, but everyone was getting their food and refunds so my daughter wanted to go back and get her food. No host/hostess at the front when we entered. We waited 10min for someone to acknowledge us and seat us, but no one even glanced in our direction. We ended up seating ourselves and alerting a waitress. They took our drink order, but 15 min went by and no drinks. No check ins. No interaction from anyone working there at all. The place wasn't busy. The wait staff did not appear overwhelmed because they were all moving at a snail's pace. It's one thing to be understaffed. It's another to be understaffed with staff who could care less about the patrons. Multiple employees walked by a group of 6. Never acknowledged. We sat ourselves and gave up and left after waiting 30 minutes. Easy $200 out the window for your business. It's a shame. Close it out and get a restaurant that can serve the community or get rid of the manager. I haven't seen this poor or service in a very long time.
Told kitchen would open in 20 mins, but it took an hour. The place had been ipen for two hours by the time the kitchen opened for orders. This cause seemed like somebody couldn't show up to work on time to preheat the fryers and grills.
Ordered delivery. Requested food handed to me. Almost left at neighbor's house. Order was wrong. Drink was busted. Tipped on card. No answer called 5 times. Call different store, still on hold.
