I LOVE Buffalo Wild Wings, but this location was by far the worst I've ever been to. We got there around 10:15 PM after Six Flags and didn't leave until about 12:22 AM. The most frustrating part? It wasn't even busy. There were only a few servers, and each one only seemed to have around four tables. I'm a server myself, so I understand being overwhelmed, but this wasn't that. Gurnee location, don’t go!!!! I have been here a handful of times and it never fails to disappoint. Food always takes over 30 minutes to come out and is always cold. Every single time. I always give this place the benefit over the doubt but thats not possible anymore. Absolute horrible service and kitchen staff. Fire the cooks please or tell the servers to pick up the pace because its every single time.
