I got delivery but never got my food. I called to address the issue and there was nothing to be done. I want my money back.

Extremely disappointed with our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. When we arrived, only about 5 tables were occupied, yet we waited 45 minutes just to order and nearly 2 hours for our food. The fries were cold, sauce was missing, my son’s food arrived about 20 minutes after everyone else’s, and the server was rude. They never offered napkins or plates for my children. Absolute horrible service. Why in the world would they sit you at a dirty table?
Music playing too loudly, but the service was great and the food was very good. Will return.
