Tonight, May 17th, I went there as I often do, and I was shocked by how much the quality of the service has declined. My waitress gave us very poor service. I even had to ask for napkins myself. One recommendation: don’t ask customers whether they want utensils or not — just bring them. We are in a restaurant after all. I usually leave a $20 tip every time, but this time I only left $6.56. I stopped in with my two teenage kids and we were hoping to try the unlimited apps promo that was going on. We were sat at a dirty table and I was going to ask our server if we could switch to a cleaner table but they never came around.
