BWW had lost a customer for life. The past 2 times near our house the constant is "sorry for the wait, we're under staffed or we had people call out ". 10 minutes to be seated in a mostly empty restaurant, 27 minutes to get a basket of fries and 6 wings. Meanwhile every 2 minutes an order is going out the door for doordash. You need to do better and take care of your customers in house first. Today we went in, again empty. Wonderful service, very attentive. Food was quick to cone out and yummy. Perfectly balanced in spiciness. I got the Buffalo tots and Chicken wrap with fries.
Food was good, service was horrible. Having to ask for things multiple times, attitude from staff from the beginning, sat for 30 minutes before our order was even taken. If the restaurant and/or bar area was busy, its understandable, but when we arrived it was empty. The Hostess wound up being the better employee getting the manager involved, who had an attitude and didnt help, so the hostess wound up handling most of our issues. Will never go back to this location again.
What a bunch of rude servers. We came in as a party, called them in advance and got there early and then they never assigned us a server. Manager took the blame but after I finally complained enough to get her attention and we are done eating now they want to check on us. Too late. I'm usually a generous tipper but tips are based on service and if no one is assigned our table then I guess they don't need my money
My family of 6 came in on 6/8/2026. We waited for a table for about 25 minutes. There was 1 family ahead of us and a couple in the dinning room. The family in front of us was seated. We were told they were short staffed and it would be awhile. Again there were 2 tables in the dinning room with people at them. Im sure there was a call out or some other mistake. Regardless hard to wrap my head around telling people to leave when you barely have anyone in the restaurant.
