Terrible. Took 20 minutes to get service and when we finally got service they took 20 minutes to bring our DRINKS. you can tell they don’t care about their customers when it comes to wanting to get off their shift and closing. multiple customers around me even started up a conversation about how bad the service is. not acceptable. will not be coming back.
Terrible. No servers, taking so long, took 40 minutes just to bring our drinks. Never again. Terrible service.
I’m very disappointed with my experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. I paid extra to make sure my order was correct and complete, but several items were missing. I did not receive my drinks, the sauce for my wings, or both ranches I ordered—I only received one. It’s frustrating to pay extra and still not receive everything I ordered. I expected much better service and attention to detail.
