Walked in feeling not welcomed. The host did not greet me. Just asked how many I had. Like he hates the world. And was very rude for no reason, So yess we left. Hopefully somebody can teach this person about costumer service. And maybe how to smile at guest and say hello.
Buffalo Wild Wait!!! SMH. I've been waiting on any server for a while and I was just before leaving when one finally came over. Food took forever, not hot to touch. And the chance of obtaining silverware , struggle was real. Really stupid. Literally looked like manager gave a stupid look when we spoke to get his attention trying to get cutlery.... Flowood location has need for major improvement in service!!
Everything went wrong ordered online my burger was wrong bacon was blacker than me my son burger looked awful and burnt Idk if they was cooking fast because it was crowded but I guess
