What an ABSOLUTE AND UTTER DISAPPOINTMENT for a $50 meal. On my last night visiting family we ordered wings and they were so old and dry that hard strings of meat peeled off the bone of those that were edible. My teeth hurt from trying to chew the ones that seemed almost palatable. Most couldn't be eaten however, I don't return food expecting to get something better a second time. Your first presentation of food says all I'll ever need to know about your establishment. I will never purchase food here again. I'm disgusted.
Was sitting down for 45 minutes and nobody came to take our order terrible service no awareness
They forget my carrots and celery EVERY TIME I put in an online order.
Food is hit or miss at best. Service normally is ok, kitchen staff and presentation is terrible. Don't order delivery because the company they use as a delivery service sucks and you have to go back to the store for the $#!+ you ordered. Never again. Eff those reward points, I'll go elsewhere!
