1 Star — Hopefully just a really off day. Unfortunately, our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings was pretty disappointing. First, there was a strong toilet/sewer-type smell throughout the restaurant. Hopefully that was just a temporary plumbing issue and it has been taken care of, because it definitely made the dining experience less enjoyable. The service was another issue. *im a bit late writing this review but it needed to happen* To keep it short and sweet - my group of 5 came in to watch the FIFA cup. When we got there, it was not crowded at all, but could tell they were short staffed. We ordered our food about 1:30pm. By 3pm, we hadn’t gotten our food yet, it was then packed, and people around us got their food (came and ordered way after us). My wife and I arrived at the restaurant at approximately 5:50pm and headed straight to the bar as we have done at this location numerous times before. We were preparing to sit down when an employee came up from behind the bar to greet us. She immediately asked us for our ID’s. Even though I am 65yrs plus I showed her my ID through my wallet which shows date of birth. She then asked that I remove the ID from my wallet.
