I dined in. took 20 mins for the server to come see us just for the drink order, and when we put our food in, it took an hour for the food to come out, they weren’t super busy. they forgot our chicken on our nachos, and when we asked for it to be taken off the bill (just the chicken) she said no because we had eaten the nachos, but she never came back with our chicken, we also got a lot of attitude when we had been waiting 45 mins for our order and asked when it would be out. when the food was finally received it was cold.
They literally just stare at you for a while before they greet and seat you. We almost just left but then Someone finally acknowledged us.
Value bundles went up so much that there shouldn’t even be a value menu. $18 and some cents for 10 wings and fries? And then 60¢ more if you want to get a tiny container sauce for your wings or fries. Charging 60¢ for a sauce less than a McDonald’s sauce. The fry shows how shallow the ranch in this tiny cup is.
Love going there to watch a game and kill a few hours. Servers are always friendly. Food is on point for the price
Place used to be decent , now I’ve had horrible experience about 5 straight times. Wings suck, fries are cold and inedible & service is non existent
