Was a long time customer for the BOGO nights but will never be returning. Sat at the bar with 5 friends but because one friend didn’t have an ID, no one could sit there. Ok whatever. Get on the list to wait at 7 pm stating that they will have a 30-40 minute wait. 10 open tables with food on all of them. You are a massive corporation but can’t pay 1 busser? Kiara was the absolute best server I have ever had here! She was so nice always making sure we were ok even with not the greatest service this time she was absolutely incredible! Overall the food was really good and waiter was incredible. HIGHLY recommend. We got a lot of food. (We only put 2 photos though)
My very first time going to this place and I don't think I'll ever go back! I ordered online around 6:40pm and it said my order would be ready by 7:20pm. I arrived at the location at 7:25 and they said my order wasn't ready and to wait a few minutes. I saw how many other people (about 10 people) came to pickup and they would all leave with their orders while we still waited.
