Was missing a few ingredients with my order and was reason I ordered it so I called store to see what happened. Person who answered told me she accidentally swapped orders and transfered to manager. Manager Christine answers and I explain to her what the first person said to me and she says No that's not what happened we were just out. One star feels like too much here. We arrived at around 6:45 and waited 10 mins to be sat(no host/hostess in sight the entire time). By the time I tried to find someone to be seated a manager came out and sat us. The manager was not friendly or apologetic at all. Mind you the restaurant was not overly busy. After being seated we waited for our food for over an hour, after an hour and 15 mins my wife and two daughter's food came out. I was told my food was being finished and would be out shortly. Great All Around
Waited over an hour for an online order. After around 30 minutes of waiting was told “it will be out soon” after an hour was brought only the entrees with no sides or drinks and the girl who brought it didn’t even know what was ordered. Wasn’t offered any kind of discount or reimbursement after this whole ordeal, and cashier was rude when asking for a refund.
