Really disappointing experience tonight. We specifically requested the NCAA Women’s Softball game, once it was finally put on a TV. We sat and watched the game for about 20 minutes, only for it to suddenly be switched to men’s basketball, a game that hadn’t even started yet. Our waitress was so nice and patient but it was the Manager (black thick glasses who watched our faces as she switched), who ultimately decided to make the change to an inactive game. We did a catering order for our daughter's graduation party (300 boneless wings). Christy and her staff did an amazing job. They had everything ready on-time, packaged nicely with everything clearly marked. The wings were delicious and a huge hit. They were fresh and sauced perfectly. We are regular customers at the Beechmont Buffalo Wild Wilds. We appreciate the way that they stepped up and made the experience go so smoothly. Great job guys!!
Worst restaurant I have ever been to
Spent the last two weeks trying to get my money back on desserts I paid for and never got. After responding to their support in an email saying I wont ever come back if they dont give me my money back, they had the audacity to send me a response that they were glad my issue was resolved and asked for a rating! I used to spend like $70 each month but now you wont get anything from me.
