Customer should know what they are paying for. There is no disclaimer whatsoever that customers will be charged $2.99 for playing games on the payment device that they introduced recently in buffalo wild wings. I asked manager to take off the charge after explaining the scenario but said he can’t undo it. Manager should have authorization to override it. If that is the case then definitely this is a sneaky charge on customer who are getting scammed while waiting for food to arrive.

I ordered 10 wings and the wings for those and taste old too and five of them was not dipped in any sauce. They put the sauce on the side, but the lemon pepper had sauce on it and I asked for all flats and I received them but just about every bone was broken and this was my first time in my last
The wings here are great. Fantastic selection and a solid deal as I've been doing pick up. Been back two weeks in a row.
