The gentleman that took my order great guy I ordered 20 wings combo for a few of my lunch coworkers only got ten called and told them and they best they can do is a refund of ten wings in 5-10 business days so out of half my order and half my money,sorry surprise your bw’s failed miserably..
Took my wife there for dinner and recieved a top 3 worst dinning experience of my life and to be honest probably will never go back. Why you should visit BWW in Surprise, AZ off Bell rd: in a Nutshell; service is "Top-Shelf", staff is super friendly thanks to Robbie (mgr), greeting me when I walked in. Excellent wings - they have a lot of meat on them and plenty of tasty sauce. Sides are good too. This was a take out but everyone was friendly. Prices are very reasonable especially the bundles which gives lots of food for the family. Definitely recommend it.
