On Saturday 04/16/2026, while I was washing my hands, a cook did not wash his hands after urinating, grabbed the door handles to exit, and continued his way to the kitchen. I brought by it to the manager's attention, and he kept insisting that the cooks have hand washing stations in the kitchen. The is disgusting and unacceptable. DO NOT. I REPEAT! DO NOT order delivery from this location. I can count 5 different times I have ordered from this location and I am missing half the wings, the flavors are completely incorrect, or it arrives with no fries. At the end of the day I’ve called every time and I’ve been told by whatever “manager” is working that I will be refunded or I can come pick up a gift card.
