Waited at the counter to place an order for about 10 min and nobody came and asked me if I'd been helped another customer was there before I was and said they hadn't been helped either even though staff saw us standing there
It took one hour for our food the be served, another server took our drinks because he forgot and later after we reminded him and brought everything double. The food some were the wrong items. They forgot to bring our appetizers. They give us a 15% discount.
Boyss did an order online that they charge on my account and didn't receive it went in person told my boys to call customer service to get a refund
Called ahead and waited an hour for a salad and a chicken sandwich. Asked to talk to a manager, but they never came out. If you want any service and the correct order, don’t go to BWW on 19th.
Ordered dippers and extra dipping sauce. Got no sauce to dip my dippers. They are not edible without drowning them in a dip. Should have just got KFC from across the street. On the bright side I kept my calorie count down👍
