Emilie turned the bad wings, great fries? and good atmosphere into a positive experience.
I didn’t have a good experience at this location. There were people who came after and left before at nearby tables without my server taking the order or coming back with drinks.
The service was terrible. We were forgotten three times. First, they didn't bring the side we asked, second time the waitress checked on us and still forgot our side, third time she forgot to pick up our payment. We waited and waited and ended up asking another waitress to take our payment. I ordered two tacos and one taco had just chunks of fat, no meat. I ended up ordering another meal.
Really good service and food. Our server was a different experience. He had us laughing and him blushing.
We came in on 7/17 around 8:45pm to have sat there 15 minutes with THREE servers walking past us never stopping to get drink order check in nothing. All while a manager was in the bar area hanging on someone. Attempted to reach them on the phone for no one to answer for another 10 minutes!! Awful service!!!
