super rude at this location. no acknowledgment when you walk in. i’m currently waiting for my food & no one has checked on me. will never visit this location again & i can not recommend this place to me friends or family.

Why do you have people like Mariah a trainer . We waited 20 minutes for our table then she takes our order and forgets to tell the chicken about what we ordered . Took one hour to give us our food and then tells us to wait 30 minutes for the burger then it will be free at this point we just left what the point of waiting for something almost 2 hours long . I rather just go to BWW in union city or the one by el Camino then come back here again 🤦🏽♀️. What a disappointment.
