Terrible service- slow and only came to our table when I had to walk up to the bar and ask for our waiter. I asked for the bill and watchedhim print it and stand in a corner watching the tv’s. Food came out cold, and my soda didn’t come out until I had to remind him AFTER the food came out.
They have artificially induced a "Dull Moment" by bottlenecking my sound perimeter. Management has completely locked down the TouchTunes/Jukebox grid. Leaving the house audio at a zero/paused baseline completely ruins the atmosphere. If paying guests can't utilize the local audio to set the vibe, it severely drops the energy of the space. Fix the audio routing
