A constant disappointment where quality control does not exist. The food is average, but that is to be expected from B-Dubs. What makes this location different is the absolute ineptitude of the service team. We stopped ordering for delivery because every single order was missing something. Most Crooked Management Team Ever About 3 weeks ago, while I was picking up an order from this BDubs, I spoke with a manager named Trent about a poster board with Lionel Messi on it. He promised me that as soon as the World Cup was over, I could have the poster once the promotion ends. I made a note of his name, he made a note of my name, and I put it in my calendar. Had a party of 6 adults and 3 kids. Food came out great. Allie is a fantastic server. Ask for her when you come in!
They told me my carryout order would be ready at 8:40pm and I am sitting here about 30 minutes past that still with no order. Update: I called the store when I got home because the food was at 80 degrees. The manager said it was safe to eat since it hasnt been 4 hours yet. I told him Im not comfortable eating it since it wasnt hot and he said too bad theres nothing he can do.
