I had dinner here on July 25 and was encouraged to sign up for their rewards app to get a free hamburger. I did what they asked and then was charged for the hamburger anyway. They told me that they would refund my check and then recharge me the correct amount but they just ended up charging me twice. I've called in and spoken with the store manager Justin and have not been able to get any help.
