I would like to say I am not a person to ever complain. I'm a bartender/waitress. I get the struggles of the job and how overwhelming it can sometimes Regardless, there was no acceptable reason for the state of this restaurant. I strongly advise against spending time at this location. Instead, please consider visiting the location on Airport Road. I was a first time customer and most likely last time. The service was horrible. I was ignored from the time I was seated. No one approached me after being seated. After 15 minutes I got up and found the manager and told him noone had come to greet us or ask if we wanted a drink. He asked where I was sitting and I pointed it out. After 5 more minutes of being ignored, I got up and left. Horrible service!

This was straight up an all-around horrible experience. No one around. Everyone in the back carrying on loudly. It is after lunch hour. I peek around corner and an employee sees me. Four other people show up to pick up orders. I let them go. I begin to order and a BOGO isn't a BOGO on wings apparently. Manager gets involved. Order is changed. Someone in the back says, "are they getting the "F'n" chips or not?" I had no idea they were referring to my order. The employee at the register then puts the order in wrong again. She ... read more

Coco runs this place. Ordered takeout ahead on the app then waited at the bar. Had a couple of drinks and chatted. Coco was whipping out drinks and ringing in orders while being so friendly and working hard. Great personality and keeps the whole place in line. I used to manage Chick-fil-As across the country and would hire her as my FOH manager. Hold onto to her, BWW. Shes special.
