Took forever. Only got one drink refill
Our waiter was Dillon (I know I didn't spell that right dude I am so sorry) and he was great! We came in on my boyfriend's birthday 🎂 and everything was excellent- the food, service, everything. Also they have some cool mocktails! Give Dillon a raise.
Been sitting here for 50 minutes now with not even getting our appetizer. Told there’s a big party in the back but when looking around the place is only about 1/4 full. We simply got chips and cheese which takes 3 minutes to whip up. I use to come here all the time cause how quickly the food would come out and service but this place has went way down hill now.
Spoke with the manager Greg on our bad experience and although I would rate the experience we had with our server a one star I am changing it to 5 stars for his excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills. He made it right and more and he is awesome.
