Tried buffalo wild wings for the first time last Sunday, and what a terrible experience. I ordered in advance, thr estimate was 10-25 minutes. I arrive within 15 min and was told my food is not ready yet. Then, the front person left and went to chill outside for 25 minutes. After 25 min, I went outside to ask if my food is ready and was told that someone will be at front desk. Nobody was there for 25 minutes. Our server was Angelina so she claims, upon arrival I had a horrible experience. I waited over 20 minutes to be seated and then walked to the bar and was informed I will be seated shortly. It took another 20 mins. After I got seated my waiter ignored me and pretended not to see me and my party in which we had to get up and find her.
