Food and service from pickup order was terrible. Tortilla chips and tater tots were not edible from how dirty the fryer oil was. The boneless wings also weren’t labeled.

I’ve given this location more chances than it deserves. I’ve tried different days, different times. Dined in, ordered out. The one consistent experience? Failure. To be fair, the dining area is clean and the servers inside are decent when you sit down. But if you're ordering online, calling in, or trying delivery, may God help you. The incompetence is wild. Placed an order to go. 20 dry rub salt vinegar, chicken tenders no sauce or seasoning(due to allergy), chili-lime coleslaw. Wings were great! Chicken tenders had seasoning on them so that defeated the purpose. Chili- lime coleslaw had No sauce it was just dry cabbage 🤢we love Buffalo wings but that definitely dropped the ball on this order.
