I'll break it down. We went to watch the Louisville Ole Miss game. We ordered beers. It took 30 minutes to get the beers. We ordered food. It took an hour to get the food. When the food came, it was wrong and had a hair in it. When we complained, we were met with the most foul, callous attitude i have ever seen in a place where they make their money off of hospitality. Hot barbecue and Buffalo chips are back! So as soon as I got the chance I placed my order for 30 hot barbecue traditional wings. And I wanted to get Buffalo chips but unfortunately they were out of stock online. When I received my order, instead of receiving hot barbecue I received just hot. We got seated at 5:56, sat waiting for someone to acknowledge our existence. We left at 6:15 after seeing the servers sitting and laughing in the drink service station and not caring to come out and check on the customers that had been waiting. Very very disappointed.
Very disappointed with our experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We completely understand checking IDs when ordering alcohol, but even after showing our IDs, the staff continued questioning us and asking unnecessary questions. We asked to speak with the manager and suggested scanning our IDs if there were concerns about whether they were valid. However, the manager came over without a scanner and the situation was never properly resolved.
