Went in with my coworker at 11:30 for lunch, sat down and got drinks, and never saw our waitress again for a half hour. We went to leave and the manager still charged us for our drinks.
I ordered the beer cheese steak and it was pathetic compared to the picture with hardly any cheese and meat! Party of 7 and 2 had to wait on fries then they arrived burnt. Ordered beer cheese dip for said fries and finally got it at the end of the meal after going through another server to track ours down. Very unhappy with our visit for my son's birthday dinner!
Management is lacking. Food was mediocre. Zaxbys drive thru does better than this place. Can’t really blame the workers; without a doubt, BWW Tifton has a management problem.
